: \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow-up daily shipment and components replenishment closely within department involved \xe2\x80\xa2 Issue Work Order to production \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and schedule production schedule to meet delivery date \xe2\x80\xa2 Documentation and data filling \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliances to audits (internal & external) \xe2\x80\xa2 Support any ad-hoc or urgent request \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor quality requirement in order to minimize quality giveaway, stock out and demurrage cost \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform analysis on discrepancies between planned schedules and actual performance \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide feedback on raw material supply, BOM accuracy and packaging material change Qualifications and Experience: \xe2\x80\xa2 Min. 5 years of relevant working experience in production planning/material planning function, plastic manufacturing industry or relevant is preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Min. Diploma education level in any discipline or above \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in Microsoft Office \xe2\x80\xa2 Good in time management \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to communicate in 3 languages (English, Malay & Mandarin) \xe2\x80\xa2 Good with writing and communication skills
