Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Production Planner to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production goals are achieved
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and finished goods
• Analyze production data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential bottlenecks
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production processes and increase efficiency
• Communicate production status and potential issues to relevant stakeholders, including sales, customer service, and management
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, operations management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of production scheduling software and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
