Responsibilities:

Prepare production plan according to sales demand
Liaise closely with sales team to determine sales demand & purchasing team to determine materials arrival date
Estimating the amount of material, equipment, and labor required for production.
Determine amount of products to be manufactured based on orders and forecasts and manage amount of wastage incurred
Develops a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion date
Set production objectives and implement action plans for achieving targets set
Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production.
Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.
Prepare production related reports

Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree
Candidates with 1 year related experience in Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
Well-versed with HACCP, GMP and other food-related regulations
Analytical, well organized, good project management skill and well-equipped with multi-tasking ability
