- Coordinate production workflow on multiple products needed to be prepared by the team.
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
- Address issues when they arise and aim for minimum disruption.
- Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.).
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff.
- Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or its equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year working experiences in relevant field.
- High emotional intelligence and strong people skills.
- Possess a positive mindset and able to work in a fast moving work environment.
- Independent, Result-driven and self-motivated.
- Good time management & Stress management.
- Resourceful, meet deadlines, ability to work independently & good team-player.
- Malaysian only.
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
