Job Description

Our client is a worldwide presence in a broad array of end products, manufacturing systems, and industries serving primarily the semi-conductor industry. They provide customers with advanced material, component, system, and manufacturing solutions. With a total investment expected to exceed RM500 million and at a facility of more than 800,000 square feet, the plant in Kulim High Tech Industrial Park is expected to kickstart its operation in 2023. -Monitors production to ensure timely material availability; expedites material shortages through Purchasing and QC. -Investigates delays or potential delays; generates late delivery notices. -Assists in maintaining and executing the computer-based MRP system and in analyzing MRP data. -Oversees the opening and closing of production; issues new and updated job paperwork to the production floor. -Generates daily job status and clear to build reports. -Responsible for overall coordination of production jobs: scheduling, material order, order expedite, capacity planning and material issues associated with assigned product areas. -Initiates corrective meetings on reported delays and potential delays. -Holds routine production meetings and provides daily status to operations groups. -Coordinates the implementation of ECOs into the manufacturing effort. -Works with sales, engineering and purchasing to maximize responsiveness to customers. -Maintains and executes computer-based planner code and commodity code. -Prioritizes and monitors Engineering builds in support of customer development or qualification requirements -Attends meetings with customer as required to provide production status and recover plans -Works with Engineering and IT as required to ensure SAP attributes and functions related to inventory in process and work orders are properly maintained. -Collaborates with production, engineering and sales in the development of master production schedules that support customer demand and are based on capacity planning Requirement

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any field/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in MRP / ERP system
