1. Plan and drive to achieve sales revenue and company goal as per target.
2. Review MDS loading vs capacity planning and even loading.
3. Prepare commit plan to program base on customer requirement and drive to achieve it.
4. Drive and monitor daily output and shipment.
5. Monitor WO aging and WO variances.
6. Degree in Science / Commerce and any related field.
7. 5 to 8 years of experience in production planning, preferable in EMS Industry.
8. Good analysis with planning sensitivity.
9. Good computer skills in MS Office.
10. Strong oral / Written and interpersonal / communication skills is required.
