is one of the subsidiaries of a Public Listed company listed on the Main Board. We are engaged in manufacturing of automotive tubes, steel tubes & pipes. In line with our expansion market plan and rapid growth, we are looking for suitably qualified candidates with commitment and enthusiasm to fill the following position:-

Junior Production Executive - Rawang, Selangor

Requirements:

Age 24 - 35 years old.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and English.

Required skill(s): Logic and attention to detail.

Job knowledge(s): maintenance, analysis & AutoCAD.

Atleast 1 - 2 years of working experience.

Willing to work in factory environment and willing to work extra hours.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for optimize machine efficiency and productivity.

2. To monitor for the production planning schedule in order to meet the delivery date.

3. To monitor and control machine downtime and reduce machine breakdown time.

4. To arrange and organize manpower and material required for production.

5. To have meeting and briefing with other supporting parties to ensure no breakdown in production and to prepare report for monitor improvement.

6. To monitor the yield loss and carry out improvement.

7. To ensure the quality of the product meet the standard and enforce the utilization of SOP and specified specification.

8. Responsible for people management to ensure safety of the workers are being taken care.

9. To monitor and control the annual leave, medical leave, attendance and lateness of workers.

10. To provide necessary on the job training and briefing for workers.

11. Responsible on the cleanliness and tidy up of work area.
