Diploma/Degree in Production Management, Manufacturing or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in production planning or similar roles
Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and resource optimization
Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Applicants must be willing to work in Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh, Selangor
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise with the Sales Division to understand customer requirements and forecast demand
Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet delivery timelines
Schedule shifts according to production needs
Monitor production activities and ensure schedules are followed
Organize and maintain accurate production paperwork and records
Collect and evaluate data related to production output and team performance
Collaborate with Quality Control, Warehouse, and other departments to streamline operations
Prepare and present production reports to senior management, including suggestions for process improvements

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
