Texas Instruments is actively seeking a Production Planning Analyst to join our team. Put your talent to work with us - change the world, love your job! In this role you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and/or final approval of products through the complete production cycle. The Product Planning Analyst works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements. The Analyst coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules. The Analyst provides input to management and interfaces with customers, marketing, sales and production. The Analyst consults with engineering to create new product supply road maps, resolve labor and material shortages, and manage backlog and other potential schedule interruptions. This position requires experience in planning, coordinating, and scheduling production operations.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Manufacturing Engineering or related degree
• 3.0/4.0 Cumulative GPA or higher

Preferred qualifications

• Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
• Strong data analysis and good on using Microsoft Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
• Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
