Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production or operations schedules. Coordinate and communicate production plans, material requirements, and delivery schedules with relevant departments (e.g., production, warehouse, purchasing, sales). Update and maintain the planning records, reports, and documentation accurately. Track production progress and delivery status, and report any delays or issues to the planner or supervisor. Monitor and update inventory levels related to production or project schedules. Assist in preparing and distributing job orders, work instructions, or material lists. Support collecting data for production output, material usage, and performance reports. Liaise with suppliers or vendors for delivery schedules when necessary. Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document distribution. Assist in improving planning processes and maintaining good communication across departments.

Key Requirements:

SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a planning, production, or administrative role. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with ERP or planning software is an advantage. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
