Job Summary:
- The Production Product Engineering Manager is responsible to lead a team of engineers to sustain and improve product/production activities including capacity expansion, yield enhancement, process advancement, quality improvement and cost reduction activities.
- The Production Product Engineering Manager will work closely with the worldwide Operations, Systems and Design team to develop and deploy new product and production solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and OSATs engineering team.
- Lead and motivate team of product engineers.\xef\x82\xb7
- Lead yield enhancement, product improvement and efficiency improvement projects.
- Develop mass manufacturing capability for new products and volume ramp.
- Coordinate worldwide Operations, Systems and Design personnel to release manufacturing solutions into production .\xef\x82\xb7
- Support other projects as needed by management or as business needs evolve.
- Minimum BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. \xef\x82\xb7
- Minimum 12 years of related work experience.\xef\x82\xb7
- Minimum 3 years in managerial role.
- Experience with project management.
