Job Description

A high-performance plastic material manufacturer is looking for mandarin-speaking production supervisor to be stationed in China after completing a six-month training in Gelang Patah, Johor. A rare chance to come by if you are interested in venturing into career opportunity in China Mainland.

Jobs Responsibilities

• Excellent organization, communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company\'s plan and policy compliance.
• Documentation management.
• Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks included production planning.
• Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
• Evaluating, identifying and applying performance and career advancement opportunities.
• Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance included provided internal safety training.
• Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes.
• Manage, direct and coach production personnel.
• Troubleshoots issue included production process or equipment.
• Ensure accuracy of production data.
• Lean manufacturing (Implemented production schedules, continuous improvement, safety, coaching and improvement in total productivity).

Jobs Requirements

• Degree in (Mechanical Engineering, Production Management or Manufacturing Engineering).
• Experience in plastic injection molding or relevant
• The selected candidate will work in Malaysia as training for a short period. After training, the candidate will work in China for permanent. Further training period will be let know during the interview.
• Prefer mandarin speaking candidate as candidate is required to work in China and to better communicate with mandarin-speaking counterpart.
• Team spirit, Reliability, stability and consistency, Ability to deal with conflict and excellent communication skill is required to be successful in this role.
