Bachelor\'s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Food Technology/Manufacturing/Engineering or equivalent is preferred
At least 3 years relevant working experiences in food manufacturing
Strong organization, communication and analytical skills
High disciplinary and problem solving and continuous improvement mind-set
Good in Microsoft Office
Proficient in both and written English & Bahasa Malaysia
Responsibilities
Establish system in managing the effectiveness and accuracy of the measuring and monitoring devices and ensure calibration is conducted yearly
Design, monitoring and continual improving process operations and ensure operating in accordance to establish procedures and/or work instructions that meet the production of consistently safe and legal product with the desired quality characteristics in full compliance with the personnel safety and HACCP food safety plan
Design and construct food conduct equipment to facilitate cleaning. disinfection and maintenance while ensuring the specification and design is suitable for the intended use in the production. Establish monitoring system to ensure equipment are kept clean, functional and in proper condition to minimize the risk of contamination of product.
Initiative and implement preventive measurement through analyses the potential risk of product contamination. Design and lead in implementing reduction or elimination on of product contamination with the use of equipment to remove or detect foreign bodies
Lead in implementing, communicate and enforce to all employees, contractors and visitors the rules regarding personnel hygiene, workwear and protective clothing in the production facility and entering production area to meet food safety, safety and health requirements
Develop a management control of product labelling activities to ensure that products will be correctly labelled and coded
Establish a quantity control system and ensure finished products conform to the quality standards and conforms to legal requirements
Develop system to ensure that utilities is being monitored to minimize product contamination and ensure facility safety and health at optimal cost effectiveness.
Plan and monitoring manpower arrangement, execution of production plans to ensure timely production and delivery to meet customer\'s requirement, continuously review the practices to optimize efficiency
Propose, design, review and continuous optimizing resources not limit to headcount, equipment, facilities required to support with production requirements and align with company directions.
Lead in cultivating continuous improvement mind-set and develop system to encourage continuous improvements efforts and implementation
Control and monitor overall production functions and activities to ensure meeting the desired quality and productivity.
Participate and ensure sufficient support in the facilities upgrades, machine maintenance, and reduction in frequency of machine breakdowns, drafting timescale and set up SOP for production operations.
Establish system in maintaining and control usage of spare parts, maintenance tools and equipment, including upkeep of records as well as review and plan inventory management to avoid any shortages and unnecessary excesses
Support the implementation of Company\'s Food Safety System, Company\'s Health and Safety Guidelines, Company\'s Policy and Procedures etc. by maintaining, evaluating and continuous improvement
To perform task and work requirement as and when required and assigned.
