Senior Executive / Executive - Label & Leaflet Design Shared Services

Duties and responsibilities

• Coordination and control of product labeling as part of new developments and changes.
• Self-Responsible specification and coordination for the design of printed packaging for medical devices from master
• documents to the approved print template. Definition of processes and methods, control of goal achievement.
• Coordination of the necessary translations and layouts with internal and external interfaces
• Management and support in projects with interdisciplinary teams in packaging-related tasks including project planning,
• resource planning and control of target achievement.
• To coordinate and monitoring projects in Article Design. This include monitor & maintain Change Control & LLD
• (Label & Leaflet Design) listing for weekly review.
• Documented process and/or product development data for traceability and reproducibility
• To work closely internally and externally to ensure product documentation (part lists, drawings and specifications) are
• generated / set according to requirements and standards for production.
• Ensure accuracy: all product part list, packaging specification and article drawings generated are to be constantly
• checked to ensure error-free.
• Timeliness: ensure timely distribution of documents to the respective departments.
• Conformance: ensure all activities undertaken in this department conforms

Professional competencies

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Sciences, Business, or equivalent.
• Preferable candidate having experience working with labels and leaflet.
• Candidates from Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Documents Control are welcome to apply.
• Will be advantage if familiar with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and Design Control.
• Candidate must have the good organising skill, documents skill and good in English communciation skill.
• Experience working with multiple functions/levels of the organization.
