Assist engineers in supervising the production process to ensure schedule and quality standards are met.
Supervise workers and assign tasks while ensuring compliance with SOPs.
Monitor product quality and minimize material wastage.
Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available and used correctly.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to keep machinery and facilities in good working condition.
Prepare and submit daily reports and timesheets.
Conduct daily toolbox briefings and maintain worker discipline.
Train and guide team members as needed.
Keep the production area safe, clean, and well-organized.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years' experience in precast concrete manufacturing (site experience also considered).
Knowledge of concrete repair and safety regulations is an advantage.
Independent, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
