Job Description
: -
Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive result in all areas. Work to continuously improve in all areas and manages departmental performance measures, including visual control and provides regular progress to Production Manager.
Maintains proper inventory levels and SMT/MI Status as a scheduling tool, tracks absenteeism and time-keeping.
Determine the sequence of work order and direct the daily activities and production schedule.
Review shortage reports and monitor receipt of shortage material and communicate directly with the planner and Cell leads concerning production dates, shortages, product status, etc.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production technicians, assemblers, and operators in PCB assembly, testing and packaging.
Provide on the job training, coaching and performance feedback to production staff.
Work with the HR Department as needed for any disciplinary action that may require.
Requirement(s): -
SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent.
At least have experience working in Final Assembly line
Independent, self-motivated, possess leadership quality, result oriented and good interpersonal skill.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
