Job Description
Responsibilities
Supervise a team of technicians, line leaders, manipulants, material handlers and operators. Ensure product quality is conformance to required standard. Maximize resources to achieve quality and output target. Manage WIP and bottleneck to ensure 100% Production Order fulfilment. Minimize stock variance. Maximize labour efficiency and minimize rejection rate. Work closely with functional group such as QC, Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, Warehouse and etc to address production related issues. On time submission of completed Production Order for closure. Assist Head of Department in quality and cost improvement project. To comply with all statutory laws, OSH, QMS and in house rules and regulations, policies, procedures, and requirements. To understand and support the OSH and QMS policies and objectives. Upkeep the housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and safety at workplace. To perform any others duties as assigned.
Advantage and preferable with Plastic Injection working experience or some technical knowledge.*
