Production Supervisor

Job Description
Lead production teams to ensure smooth operations, manage workforce allocation (including overseas alignment), and enforce ISO/safety and company policies. Drive 6S-based continuous improvement, analyze performance to reduce waste, resolve cross-functional issues, mentor supervisors, and use systems for accurate reporting and planning.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee production teams and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
2. Manage workforce allocation, including effectively job allignment with oversea countries.
3. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
4. Implement 6S methodology and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Analyze production reports and data to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
6. Collaborate with different departments to resolve production challenges.
7. Train and mentor supervisors and production staff to enhance performance.
8. Utilize computer systems for reporting, planning, and documentation.
Requirement:
1. Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years experiences, with supervisory or higher-level experience in a production environment.
3. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
4. Fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and team members.
5. Ability to manage flexible production schedules.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication skills and a willingness to learn.
7. Own transport is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
