Requirements:

Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of automotive or heavy component production is an advantage. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Familiarity with production reporting and basic computer usage. Willing to work shifts and overtime if required. Proficiency in

Mandarin

is an added advantage due to regular interaction on output with our JV partner in China.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets. Ensure proper use of machines, tools, and materials according to work instructions and safety procedures. Monitor production processes and performance; take corrective actions to minimize downtime and defects. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and planning teams to ensure smooth production flow. Lead and motivate production operators to achieve team performance goals. Enforce discipline, attendance, and workplace safety policies among production staff. Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.

Salary & Benefits:

1. Salary between RM2,800 - RM3,500 depending on relevant working experience.
