Job Description

:

Production Planning & Coordination:

Formulate and allocate production plans according to company objectives to ensure on-time completion. Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to optimize capacity utilization. Monitor order progress, handle production issues, and report to management.

Quality & Cost Control:

Ensure compliance with the quality management system and maintain product standards. Analyze root causes of quality issues and drive corrective actions. Control production costs (labor, material, scrap, energy, etc.).

Team & Performance Management

: Manage team leaders and operators, assign tasks, and provide guidance. Implement training programs and improve employee skills and flexibility. Conduct performance evaluations and motivation to enhance team stability and productivity.

Equipment & Shopfloor Management:

Equipment & Shopfloor Management. Implement 5S/6S and visual management to maintain an efficient workplace. Develop and enforce shopfloor management standards.

Safety & Compliance:

Establish and enforce safety procedures to prevent incidents. Conduct safety training and drills regularly. Support ISO, customer audits, and regulatory compliance.

Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement:

Analyze production data (efficiency, quality, cost, waste, etc.) and propose improvements. Promote lean manufacturing, automation, and process optimization projects. Track improvement results and continuously optimize.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

Coordinate with planning, purchasing, engineering, quality, and warehouse departments. Participate in new product introduction, process changes, and production line optimization. Handle customer complaints and major production issues.
Job Requirement:

Diploma or higher qualification in Production and Operations Management or other relevant field. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant operation management experience. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel. Able to speak, write and read in mandarin will be an added advantage.
