Job Description

Supervises the activities of a TTM Technician in a customer manufacturing area.

Plans and coordinates daily operations to meet production schedules, product standards, and operational costs.

Managing and accountable to contract headcount in the factory (Technicians) that includes

Shift scheduling

Attendance management

Discipline/Quality management (i.e. WI / OCAP compliances)

Performance management (KPI)

Hiring along with Talent Acquisition Executive / HR

Retention along with Talent Acquisition Executive / HR

Review Daily area performance and recovery plan.

Review Weekly area performance and recommending CIPs.

Escalation management.

On time Daily and Weekly reports preparation.

Working with customers to fulfil the demand or needs.

Other jobs , tasks, assignments etc. as assigned and requested by Leaders/ Supervisors/ Engineers/Manager etc. from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,071.43 - RM2,500.00 per month
