Job Description
Roles And Responsibilities :
-To propose fabrication process method to improved quality and efficiency to meet company standard Ensure that all tasks assigned are properly arranged Carry out fabrication process such as , Laser , Turret Punch , Bending ,Welding ,Machining ,Painting and etc. To co-ordinate and solve any technical problem within your knowledge in order to get done on time . To plan fabrication process , estimate hours and schedule in their department. To train subordinate assigned in term of technical aspect and day to day operation of the machine . Resbonsible for machining of fabrication part with efficiency . Maintaning of machines and arranging for machines to be serviced when required . To ensure the working surrouning is kept clean and safe . To maintain cleanliness of the machine Evalaute and schedule appropriate training programs and/or seminers for the Production department's staff. Any other responsibility assigned by superior from time to time .
Skills:-
Diploma or Degree in same discipline. At least 1-3 year related working experience in similar capacity. Ability to lead, manage negotiate and motivate to subordinate.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
