Job Description

Responsible for the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment. Leads overall team comprising manufacturing technician Level 1 to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements. Review daily and regularly plan operating performance and advice on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiencies and quality. Hold regular discussions with team members and subordinates to coach performance and improve operational understanding and capability. Ensure compliance of business process standard set by customers
