Job Description
Develop and implement action items to meet production schedules, goals and objectives Monitor the volume and quality of output and adjust tasks, timing, equipment set-up, or inputs so that production specifications are met and resources are used efficiently. Supervise staff to ensure that all production tasks are performed, and all machines and equipment operated, safely. Responsible to support the key business metrics, general housekeeping, and workplace safety. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Train new workers in the organization's operating procedures and standards. Identify resource needs, as well as ensure that the production schedule is met Additional duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements
Bachelor 's degree in related field or equivalent working experience Typically requires a minimum of 2-3 years experience in production environment. Having highly proactive attitude, possess drive and commitment towards standard and performance for self Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and a team player Willing and able to work in production and fast pace environment Full-time position available
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
