Job Description

Responsibilities:

Daily review production schedule and execution of projects in timely manner. Ensure projects are completed on time to meet shipment. Ensuring that KPI are monitored and target achieved. Oversee production efficiency while resources met maximize usage. Conducting performance appraise, supervise and communicating job expectations, coaching, counseling, and disciplining. Supervising junior staff and ensuring effective communication in order to avoid errors. Investigate operational problems affecting production and advice for solutions. To ensure product and process quality meets specifications required while the product are produced good quality.

Requirements:

Preferably with minimum of 3 years working experience and background in manufacturing operations. 3 years of education in secondary level. Preferably possess ISO standard knowledge and Electronic & Electrical background. Able to work in team and aptitude to work alone. Able to support overtime when required. Good in spoken & written English, Chinese and Malay.
