Production ExecutiveKey Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate production schedules based on WD incoming and Seagate forecasts. Manage manpower and resources to ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met. Plan, monitor, and maintain consumable items twice weekly. Conduct daily line walks to ensure production efficiency, safety, and quality compliance. Ensure recertification of Sandblasters and Bonding Technicians in accordance with quarterly and half-yearly requirements. Prepare and submit LPC documentation to meet Seagate targets and timelines. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Experience in manufacturing/production environment (bonding process preferred). Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. SPM with min 5 years experience of line leader or supervisor
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
