Job Description

Responsibilities :

Supervise and supervise the production team's daily operations, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring of production processes. Ensure compliance with production objectives, quality standards, and safety measures.
Identify and execute process changes to increase productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

Lead and guide the production team, creating a collaborative and happy work environment. Collaborate with other departments, including logistics and quality control, to guarantee a smooth workflow and timely delivery of finished items. Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and provide methods to improve performance. Maintain correct records, documentation, and reporting about production activities. Participate in developing and implementing production plans and KPIs.

Skills & Requirements :

Diploma or degree in a related field. At least 5 years of experience in a production supervisor or team leader role in manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of production processes, quality control processes. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Familiarity with production planning and scheduling software - ERP, and Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and strong analytical skill. Mandarin speaker will be more advantageous as need to communicate with China Colleagues.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
