Supervise and manage all

boring machine operations

and personnel in the department. Ensure production schedules are met in a timely and efficient manner. Monitor machine performance and ensure regular maintenance is carried out. Maintain high standards of product quality and minimize rejection rates. Coordinate with QC to ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal quality standards. Train and guide operators on boring machine usage, safety procedures, and quality control. Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and material usage. Enforce workplace safety and cleanliness standards in compliance with company policies. Identify and resolve production issues promptly to prevent delays. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., R&D, Maintenance, Planning) to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements:

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in furniture production. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role, especially with CNC or manual boring machines. Strong knowledge of boring processes and woodworking machinery. Ability to read technical drawings and work orders. Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Basic computer skills for report preparation and production tracking. Willingness to work overtime or shift work if required.
