M 214 ZZ A(M40) Position: Production Supervisor Company Background: Concrete product supplier Salary Package: RM2200-RM3,500 Working Location: Kayu Ara Pasong, 82010 Pontian, Johor, Malaysia Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday (8.30am-5.00pm) Benefits: Accommodation, Work Life Balance, EPF, SOCSO, Annual Leave & Sick Leave Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Production Executive
• To lead the production operatives within the assigned production line, establishing and maintaining high standards of performance.
• Responsible for leading and coordinating the production of assigned mould including activities of Sub-Contractor to achieve production within the day and to the quality standard required.
• Supervision in the daily production of precast concrete to meet with the production schedule.
• Ensure sufficient of raw material of daily usage in accordance to daily production schedule, reporting to immediate superior if needed.
• Prepare and conduct mould inspection and pre-pour inspection on daily basis, prepare checklist and relevant inspection reports.
• Maintain production\xe2\x80\x99s documentation well-records.
• Ensuring the plant production operation, work instructions and procedures are strictly followed.
• Closely standing supervision of concrete pours and check continuously of finishes surface towards conformance to specifications and standards.
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements if needed.
• To ensure that workers are adequately skilled and experienced in following and understanding correct production methods.
• Maintain and implement quality control system in the factory and project sites by following the project quality manual and standard operating procedures set by the company.
• Liaising with Production Department\xe2\x80\x99s member and sub-contractors for any non-conformance for pre-pour inspection, trains workers whenever necessary and as required.
• Any other tasks which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering and/ or equivalent.
• At least 2 years\' experience in quality control in precast industry.
• 1-3 years of Experience in HDB Project in precast industry will be added advantage
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Possess problem-solving, analyzing and reporting skills.
• Positive attitude in learning.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• HDB Project in precast industry: 3 years (Preferred)
