Production Supervisor (food Manufacturing)
Job Description
Supervise and coordinate all production activities/ workflow; liaise with the production executive/manager.
Assist to arrange and monitor timing of all incoming raw material, outgoing finished goods; and monitor production process to comply with the standards.
Ensure all equipment and tools are maintained in good and safe working condition.
Ensure all related documents or forms in place and fill up by the responsible operator; as well as check or verify by a superior.
Monitor and inspect start-up and end-off for every production line.
Guide and train all staff from time to time on company SOP, Food Safety, GMP, & HACCP Practices, machineries handling manual; liaise with Production executive.
Job Requirements
A minimum Diploma holder in any discipline. At least three (3) years working experience in food manufacturing industries. Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Computer literate and skilled in MS Office applications. Resourceful, team player and able to multi-task. Proven ability to work in fast-paced environment and under pressure. Self-motivated and possess a positive working attitude. Good communication skills to ensure active motivation and engagement with team members and subordinates.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.54 - RM3,200.00 per month
