overseeing daily chocolate manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and food safety requirements are consistently met.
This role requires a hands-on, disciplined leader capable of managing a large team, maintaining strict compliance with SOPs, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced factory environment.
Plan and supervise daily production activities to meet schedules and targets.
Manage and motivate a team of approximately 70 employees, including foreign workers.
Conduct daily briefings, training, and enforce strict SOP and hygiene compliance.
Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and Halal requirements.
Monitor production efficiency, minimize waste, and ensure product quality.
Coordinate with QA, maintenance, warehouse, and sanitation teams for smooth operations.
Maintain proper documentation and submit daily reports.
Uphold discipline, safety, and performance standards on the production floor.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Manufacturing, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a food or confectionery manufacturing environment.
Valid Typhoid vaccination
.
HACCP and ISO 22000 training/certification
preferred.
Proven experience managing
large teams and foreign workers
