Job Description

Responsibilities:

• To manage production operations efficiently and effectively.
• To develop marketing strategies and sustain maximize growth with high profitability.
• Set up and implement successful internal control procedures and reporting system.
• Plan, implement and review the financial, marketing, operation and administrative policies and procedures of production.
• Provide high level of leadership to the management team in order to achieve excellent results in the overall operations.
• Responsible in handling and solving the day-to-day activities relating to customer complaints, product-related issues and any issues within the country\'s business regulations.
• Ensure all relevant production reports are procedure and maintained on an accurate and timely manner.
• Ability to analyze the market and develop new effective programs to increase the profitability of the company.
• To analyze the market and propose the most suitable product distribution channel for the region.
• Recruit and maintain a qualified and dedicated team of staff to accomplish the objectives of the company.
• Prepare and submit a monthly report on the overall development of the production & market to the Managing Director.
• Responsible in formulating budgets, controlling of production expenditures and ensures all cash handled is fully accountable.
• To create a good inventory management system in the region.
• Must be willing to take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree, Professional Degree or Master\'s Degree preferably in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required languages: Malay, English & Mandarin
• Possess strong leadership qualities, high integrity, and good interpersonal skills, initiative and able to work independently.
• Pleasant personality and good presentation skills.
• Good in planning.
• Willing to learn and adapt to the new environment.
• Responsible and trustworthy.
• 1 Full-Time position available.
