Job Description
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR \xe2\x80\xa2 Qualification o SPM with minimum 5 years related experience. o Production Supervisor with minimum 5 years experiences. \xe2\x80\xa2 Skills Required o Able to prepare work instruction. o Understanding of the Standard Operating Procedure and technical drawing. o Able to train and supervise production workforce. o Able to plan production schedules. o Basic knowledge on ISO 9000 Quality Management System. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsibilities o Meet production schedule compliance. o Meet production yield target. o Plan daily production activity. o Plan, improve and control cost. o Conceive & implement quality improvement program. o Supervise subordinates and implement company policy.
