Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output.
Organize & schedule production activities to ensure manufacturing orders are completed as plan and timely delivery of goods to customer.
Perform analysis to resolve quality issues & improve product reliability.
Optimize production methods, manpower & material to reduce wastage and reduce cost.
Motivate production operators and technicians to perform efficiently & consistently to achieve good productivity and good quality.
To monitor packing operator\'s attendance.
To overseeing packing operator\'s quality of work.
To provide counselling on tardiness, disciplinary, competency/expectation on worker.
To ensure safety requirement is compiled all the time.
To provide on job training for the new hire, if any or to provide refreshers training to the current workers.
Work closely with other departments to ensure production is run smoothly,

Requirement

Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
IT skills, especially using data analysis software \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to create and adhere to production processes.
Ability to write reports legibly and accurately.
Relevant training and certification in industrial production, engineering, or any related field
