JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Organize workflow & manpower by assigning responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Responsible for coordinating shifts, arranging schedules, and monitoring employees\xe2\x80\x99 performance to meet daily/weekly/monthly objectives\xc2\xb7 Ensure the safe use of equipment/ machinery and schedule regular maintenance\xc2\xb7 Check production output according to specifications\xc2\xb7 Submit reports on performance and progress\xc2\xb7 Identify, analyze, carry out and monitor continual improvements activities.\xc2\xb7 Enforce strict safety guidelines and quality standards set by the company, food industry and government agencies.\xc2\xb7 Performed related duties as assigned.Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Certificate or Diploma in any related discipline, Fresh graduates are encourage to apply\xc2\xb7 Good communication and interpersonal skill\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach\xc2\xb7 Computer Literate, Microsoft office,excel,power point etc.\xc2\xb7 Qualification in technical, engineering/ manufacturing or relevant field will be an advantage
