Client Background : Manufacturing Industry : Food Manufacturer Location: Johor Bahru Headcount: 1 Position Title : Production Supervisor / Executive Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: RM3,000 - RM7,000 Responsibilities . Setting daily/weekly/monthly production tasks and schedules, communicating them to workshop employees. . Preparing and submitting production reports. . Responsible for workshop employee\'s attendance (attendance report, leaves, MC etc). . Accomplish workshop staff results by planning, monitoring, communicating job expectations motivating and appraising job results disciplining and coaching employees coordinating, initiating and enforcing systems, procedures and policies. . Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with company quality system, company safety standards, and customer requirements. . Take time to plan work with the team, ensure the team identifies hazards and assesses risks, Seek and listen to EHS suggestions, concerns and ideas. Award and punish relevant EHS performance. . Take the lead of implementing corrective actions and preventative actions at productions to ensure high quality products delivered to customers. . Analyse production, maintenance, and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions. . Plan, prioritize, and manage production logistics and warehousing. . Responsible for delivery and cost for the production on site. . Look after to utilize production capacity in best way and strive for promoting productivity to highest standard. . Organize and recruit production personnel in accordance with business objectives. Requirement . 2-5 years experience in a similar production. . Hands on attitude open-ready to participate on manufacturing process.
