Job Description
Client Background: EMS industry Industry : Manufacturing Location: Johor Bahru Headcount: 1 Position Title : Production Supervisor Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: RM3,000 - RM6,000 Responsibilities 1.Plan and manage resources to meet on time delivery by ensuring close tracking of hourly / daily output vs plan 2.Maintaining and monitoring the strict rules of Shop Floor Control, Ensuring highest quality standard is achieved and maintained 3.Maintain high labour efficiency with a.Cross training of operators to have better deployment & backup b.Identify waste and perform kaizen c.OT reduction / controls 4.Promote good communications between all departments 5.Participate in and / or run meetings to improve process, quality and everyday running of production 6.Compliance to ISO9K , 14K, Safety & IATF 16949 Requirement 1.Knowledge .Good experience in mid-high volume manufacturing environment .Extensive knowledge of shop floor control processes .Prefer to have experience in electronics industry / manufacturing .Prefer to have lean manufacturing knowledge 2.Skills .Computer literacy in ERP systems, MS Word and Excel .Formal Training in some of the following: oTrain the Trainer oDispute resolution oSupervisory Responsibility oCommnications Skills
