Responsibilities

PRODUCTION

\xc2\xb7 Setting daily/weekly/monthly production tasks and schedules, communicating them to workshop employees.

\xc2\xb7 Preparing and submitting production reports.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for workshop employee\'s attendance (attendance report, leaves, MC etc).

\xc2\xb7 Accomplish workshop staff results by planning, monitoring, communicating job expectations; motivating and appraising job results; disciplining and coaching employees; coordinating, initiating and enforcing systems, procedures and policies.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with company quality system, company safety standards, and customer requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Take time to plan work with the team, ensure the team identifies hazards and assesses risks, Seek and listen to EHS suggestions, concerns and ideas. Award and punish relevant EHS performance.

\xc2\xb7 Take the lead of implementing corrective actions and preventative actions at productions to ensure high quality products delivered to customers.

\xc2\xb7 Analyse production, maintenance, and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Plan, prioritize, and manage production logistics and warehousing.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for delivery and cost for the production on site.

\xc2\xb7 Look after to utilize production capacity in best way and strive for promoting productivity to highest standard.

\xc2\xb7 Organize and recruit production personnel in accordance with business objectives.

PLANNING

\xc2\xb7 According to sales forecast and MIN/MAX stock level, identify and make MPS, weekly and daily production plan based on plant capacity, material status and machine status.

\xc2\xb7 According to production plan, organize Warehouse and Purchase department to produce, make sure on-time delivery of sales order and full use of plant source.

\xc2\xb7 Create PO in AX and Checking the BOM and Route status in AX system during using it and bring out anyhow questions about it.

\xc2\xb7 Other tasks from Factory Director

Requirement

\xc2\xb7 2-5 years experience in a similar production environment in metal processing or machinery company

\xc2\xb7 Technical background (maintenance, manufacturing)

\xc2\xb7 Hands on attitude open-ready to participate on manufacturing process.

\xc2\xb7 Experience with equipment maintenance, manufacturing process and basic warehouse management

\xc2\xb7 Basic IT skills (MS Office, ERP an advantage)
