Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Production Leader and Loading Leader in daily operation
- Carry out the production process and loading process according to the production schedule
- Prepare daily production output report to update on product status
- Optimize production and loading output according to the machine
- Achieve production yield between 98 - 99%
- Implement good discipline and teamwork amongst subordinates
- Train operator in extrusion, loading, packing, and in-process QA processes
- Enforce discipline amongst production and loading operator
- Ensure safety is in place on the production and loading shop floor
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in process extrusion machine
- Day Shift (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Preferred)
- Overnight Shift (Preferred)
