Production Supervisor
Job Description
Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist Production Leader and Loading Leader in daily operation \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out the production process and loading process according to the production schedule \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare daily production output report to update on product status \xe2\x80\xa2 Optimize production and loading output according to the machine \xe2\x80\xa2 Achieve production yield between 98 - 99% \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement good discipline and teamwork amongst subordinates \xe2\x80\xa2 Train operator in extrusion, loading, packing, and in-process QA processes \xe2\x80\xa2 Enforce discipline amongst production and loading operator \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure safety is in place on the production and loading shop floor Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in process extrusion machine Salary: RM5,500.00 per month
