Job Description

Production Supervisor Responsibilities Plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. Effectively communicate and implement scheduling and quality requirements. Manage department priorities. Monitor the performance of team members to ensure they are all contributing adequately and working safely. Perform accident investigations in Production Hold all team members fully accountable for their role in the final product produced, its quality and the efficiency with which it is produced. Lead team member in training and developing effective work habits, efficient skills, positive attitude and high standards for quality. Address issues surrounding efficiency and quality control in order to maintain high standards of productivity by providing solutions and conduct root cause analysis with reports. Conduct regular audits of productivity and quality to identify any shortcomings and maintain the high standard your team adheres to.
