Job Responsibility Supervise site jobs as assigned by Project Manager. To ensure that work carried out is accordance to the construction plan, drawing, specification, procedure and to supervising sub-contractors schedule. Preparation of relevant documentations and daily report & weekly reports and other relevant reports as required by your superior. Need to act as a paint Representative to the company. Prepare schedule of installation works. Monitor and coordinate day to day activities at site. Organize work force for respective work activities. Enforce all equipments are in good conditions accordance with requirements. Enforce all materials to be in good conditions and ready to use. Compliance to all safety requirements. Job Requirements At least Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma. MS Projects, AutoCAD, Excel, Word. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field or in project coordination and management. Added advantage for candidates with Coating experience with AMPP (NACE) level 1 or IMM level 1. Able to work independently, and work under pressure. All races are welcome to apply. Able to converse in Mandarin is added advantage as the candidates will liaise with China Base Company.
