Production Supervisor

Job description:

Plan, organise, and monitor daily production schedules to meet project deadlines and client requirements. Allocate manpower and resources efficiently to ensure smooth workflow. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards. Implement corrective actions when deviations occur. Oversee the proper use and maintenance of machinery, tools, and equipment. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure materials are available on time. Prepare daily/weekly production reports, track output, downtime, and resource usage. Highlight issues and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
