Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

To be in charge of workers performance by lead, organize, supervise. To issue MRI for chemical request from compounding. Responsible from machine PM, shutdown, start up. Water level checking. Responsible for beading roller adjustment. Monitor closely WTT, visual defect. To ensure that the machines surrounding is well maintained in 5s and comply to GMP condition To ensure all equipment and machine are well maintaining and in work condition To ensure each latex and coagulant batch is being update and within the maturation hours. To ensure that production yield is high and of good grade quality. To ensure that the machines run effectively with minimum breakdown and maintain it regularly. To ensure productivity is high with minimum wastage. To ensure that the workers understand the job well & carry out accordingly. To provide on the job training regularly for the workers. To liaise closely and work together with Quality Control Department and process engineer on quality matters. To highlight and update any quality issue when found any lot reject by QA. To ensure ISO quality system are carried out effectively. To prepare daily production report to Management review Other assigned duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1 year experience in technician position, working in a manufacturing field Experienced in glove manufacturing will be an advantage Willing to work night shift/run shift and carry out OT. Hands on in ground work job including piping repairing, burner tuning, simple mechanical job, etc Able to follow instructions from superior and report issues Able to adapt to changes made by company if necessary.
