Responsible for the process and packing of goods.
Monitor the progress of production, confirming that the process stays on schedule and within budget.
Lookout for the problems that hampering effectiveness of process. can come out with a new and cost-effective ways to improve quality and productivity.
Ensures Good Manufacturing Practice and good housekeeping of each production lines.
Manage and motivate the workers to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
To carry out management's instructions and policies.
Responsible for proper discipline of all workers under in charge
To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Requirement:-
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Food Technology or Engineering disciplines
- Minimum one (1) year of working experiences in similar roles
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Required Skill(s): scientific and numerical skills, excellent analytical skills, patience and determination, flexibility.
