Responsibilities

To assist superior(s) in managing of overall oil production line activities.
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
To review the daily shift production record and monitoring of production output.
To control material inventory & ensure smooth run of production to achieve delivery schedule.
Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance (if necessary).
Submit reports on performance and progress.
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow the factory\xe2\x80\x99s SOPs.
To assist in line trouble-shooting and part failure analysis & provide technical assistance to maintenance supervisors & workers.
Perform other duties assigned by Immediate Superior.

Job Requirement

SVM/Certificate/Diploma in a technical, mechanical or production engineering field or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in the production line.
Organizational and leadership abilities.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in Supervisory Management Skills would be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
