Job Description

:

Oversee lean production management and ensure continuous improvement within the production team. Manage production preparation activities, including scheduling, planning, and resource allocation. Handle the receiving, issuing, storing, and documentation of production materials and documents for the team. Ensure proper placement, issuance, tracking, and return of tools, cutting tools, auxiliary materials, and other supplies. Monitor and manage production quality to meet company standards and customer requirements. Ensure workplace safety and enforce compliance with all production safety regulations. Maintain and implement 5S practices to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Oversee skills training, coaching, and development of team members. Prepare, update, and submit production data reports and performance statistics. Manage the maintenance and upkeep of production equipment to ensure smooth operations. Control production costs and optimize resource utilization. Handle operational issues, abnormalities, and emergencies within the work group. Lead and manage team building activities to enhance teamwork and productivity. Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements :

Degree or above in Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Production Management, or related field. More than 3 years of work experience in the manufacturing/metal processing industry Strong understanding of production processes, workflow planning, and resource management. Familiar with production quality control and safety regulations. Good leadership skills with the ability to supervise, train, and motivate production teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and able to handle production abnormalities or downtime efficiently.
