Company Overview
The organisation is specialized in manufacturing high precision metal stamping parts for electrical and electronics industries. It is equipped with the latest high technology machines. In order to produce high quality products, all the staffs are trained to be highly skilful and competent.

Responsibilities:

• To supervise and manage resources in the daily production to achieve production target , quality, cycle time goals and output.
• To manage the performance and motivate production employees to ensure key quality, output and efficiency goals are met.
• Carry out manpower planning in order to meet shipment commitment and escalate attendance issues immediately to department head.
• To control and minimize wastage of raw materials on manufacturing floor and report on adversities affecting the production.
• Training and follow up new operator and train subordinates as and when required.
• Responsible to ensure the continuous production & delivery of high quality, profitability services to the customers.
• Actively involved in process change, material change, stock keeping, cost optimization, engineering change order, quality action notices, excursion management & production material qualification.
• Proactive on potential production issues and identify means to resolve the issues.
• Prepare & review daily production report, attendance & shift roster
• Assist in obtaining activities related to Quality Management System, Environmental System and Product Environmental within his/her departmental organization.
• Drive achievement of Quality Objective, Quality Policy and Departmental Objectives through communicate understood and implement within departmental organization
• To carry out any other or ad-hoc duties, which may or will be assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Electronic Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Candidate will act as a Supervisor/Team Lead for this job position.
• Responsible for equipment checking, equipment management, asset management after completion of the factory inspection.
• Required language(s): English & Malay.
• Good communication skills and team player.
• Willing to work on weekend (overtime), if needed.
• Willing to work in Telok Gong, Port Klang
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm; Saturday, 8.00am to 12.30pm
