Job responsibilities?
1. Fully control and manage production personnel and all production activities.
2. Issue production plans and tasks, organize and control the progress of production operations.
3. Monitor production status, processes, and targets, promptly identify and resolve production issues, and ensure the completion of production tasks.
4. Enhance production efficiency, improve product quality, and implement improvement plans.
5. Track and implement various KPI targets.
6. Manage production materials, including procurement and inventory control.
7. Oversee the maintenance, inspection, and management of production equipment, and strictly control the flow of production materials.
8. Ensure the management of production safety.
9. Train, evaluate, and manage production personnel, maintain production discipline and order.
