Production Supervisor

Job Description
- Diploma or above, preferably in engineering, management, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of management experience in manufacturing, with team management experience.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, good communication and coordination abilities, familiar with production management software and tools.
- Knowledge of production processes and equipment, with proficiency in quality control and safety management.
- Proficiency in reading and writing in Malay, English and Mandarin.
- Develop and implement production plans to ensure the achievement of production goals.
- Lead and manage the production team, assign tasks, and monitor work progress.
- Coordinate raw materials, equipment, and manpower needed for production.
- Analyze production processes, identify improvement opportunities, and enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and address quality issues.
- Ensure a safe production environment by complying with company and legal safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit production reports, including progress, output, and cost analysis.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by superiors.
